What can Essential Personnel do for you?

We will assist you to find a job that suits your unique abilities

We will provide you with “on the job” training and arrange any other specific training you may require to learn and develop in your career.

We will negotiate with you and your employer to provide the support required for you to be successful in your job placement.


Are you eligible for our services?

To be eligible for Essential Personnel services a person will:
  • Have an intellectual, sensory, physical, neurological or a psychiatric disability, that is permanent or likely to be permanent.
  • Wish to work in open employment for a minimum of 8 hours per week
Eligibility to access the program is determined by Centrelink, but we can assist you with this process.


How do you start on your career-path?

Contact Essential Personnel and arrange a meeting with the Manager who will assist you with any entry requirements. You are welcome to bring along a family member, or a friend.

An employment co-ordinator and marketing co-ordinator will assist you to develop an employment plan that takes into account your skills and aspirations.

They will assist you to find a job and then the employment co-ordinator will provide individualised “on the job” training for you to learn your job, as well as address any on-going support needs that you may require in this area.
