Disability Employment Services provides a vital service to empower people with disabilities, to gain and maintain suitable employment in the open employment market. Essential Personnel has an outstanding reputation for achieving great success in gaining long term employment for individuals with disabilities and encouraging them to pursue skill development to enhance career opportunities.

Essential Personnel has consistently performed in the top 10% of Disability Employment Service Providers Australia wide, achieving a 4 or 5 star rating with the Department of Social Services.

Since 1997 we have assisted over 1600 and have secured over 1300 jobs for people with intellectual, learning, physical, sensory, psychiatric and neurological disabilities. These clients have a diverse range of skills and abilities and we have assisted the clients to engage, gain and maintain employment and training of their choice.

We currently have offices located in Central Wheatbelt: Northam, Merredin, Moora and Armadale. Our North and East Metro Offices in Midland and Cannington are located close to public transport.

Essential Personnel will guide you every step of the way from assessment of eligibly, referrals, registration and commencement. We strive to reduce the red tape for clients and make the entry process as smooth as possible.
