“Very good evidence was available demonstrating the commitment of Essential Personnel to the Disability Service Standards. There is clearly a culture within the organisation of focussing on the wellbeing of individuals, made evident through the individual’s interviews, staff interviews and file reviews at each location visited. It is acknowledged that Essential Personnel is providing a service to many individuals in very remote areas and successfully gaining good quality employment outcomes tailored to the specific aspirations of individuals despite the limitations existing compared to a metro environment.”
