Tony Marwick has been the CEO of Essential Personnel since January 2007. He is recognised as an industry leader and has delivered sessions to other disability providers nationally on delivering high quality supports as a service provider and has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from the West Australian Disability Services Commission for innovation in delivering services to individuals with a disability in regional WA.

Rob has been with Essential Personnel since 2007 and has been the Operations Manager North Metro for 5 years. Under Rob’s leadership the North Metro division has consistently performed in the top 10% of disability service providers nationally. Rob has a passion for travel and has assisted the organisation as a travel guide and expedition leader to Cambodia and throughout Australia.

Wendy commenced with Essential Personnel in 2010. She has worked in the Human Services Disability Sector for over 14 years and has gained her Certificate IV in Human Services Disability.

Prior to Essential Personnel, Wendy worked as a social trainer and provided educational support to students with disabilities in a school setting.

Wendy aspires to bring out the best in others so their goals and aspirations can be achieved. Wendy also volunteers her time to assist with the organisation of the Essential Personnel Client Social Club and enjoys this role immensely.

Teeny had 10 years of experience providing support and supervision in the Disability Sector in the United Kingdom before moving to Australia in 2007. She has been with Essential Personnel since 2010 and has worked hard to effectively manage our growing Lifestyle Services division and achieve her Certificate IV in Disability Services.

Teeny has a positive outlook on life and believes that anything is possible with the right attitude. She is passionate about developing her staff personally and professionally so that they are well-equipped to deliver an exceptional service and achieve outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Teeny believes in thinking outside of the normal scope and seeks creative solutions. She places a strong emphasis on employing vibrant staff and is excited about the future of the industry.

Nimul Ouch

Nimul founded the organisation YODIFEE (youth with disabilities Foundation for Education and Employment) in 2005 and has been the Director of that organisation until it merged with Marist Solidarity Cambodia in 2010 where he remains the Executive Director today.

Nimul is a Cambodian who graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 1997. Nimul has been active in the disability sector in Cambodia and developing countries over the past 16 years.

Nimul is passionate about improving opportunities for youth with disability in Cambodia and has assisted hundreds of youth into education and employment where they would otherwise have had no hope.

Christie has in excess of 17 years of experience in the Disability Industry and 5 years with Essential Personnel. Her extensive experience is valuable in ensuring that all practices of Essential Personnel management, staff and clients are compliant to the DES deed and guidelines and Disability Service Standards. She also ensures that Essential Personnel practices are in line with the DES Code of Practice and the Service Guarantee.

Essential Personnel has expanded its services extensively in recent times and has established an outstanding reputation as a leading provider in Disability Services. Christie has played a pivotal role in overseeing that the quality of client service has been maintained during this growth through effective and rigorous quality assurance and compliance procedures.

Brenda Hobbs

Brenda commenced with Essential Personnel in 2003 as an employment support worker and is now the Site Manager for Essential Personnel’s Disability Employment Services and Coordinator for Lifestyle Services in Merredin. Brenda has led the Merredin site to be in the top 1 per cent for employment services nationally.

Formerly a teacher with the Department of Education she has a Certificate IV in Disability. Brenda’s main focus is to encourage skill development to assist individuals to reach their potential and lead fulfilling lives in the community.

Brenda gets a real buzz out of watching a client move towards independence and leading fulfilling lives.

Jenny Rodan

Jenny became a member of the Essential Personnel team in 2006. Based in Moora she has worked as an Employment Coordinator for 7 years self-managing a one-person outreach office. Jenny’s commitment and unwavering dedication has resulted in the expansion of the Moora office and she has been the Site Manager there since 2013.

Jenny has a Certificate IV in Disability Services and a passion for providing high quality, person-centred services to individuals with disabilities. She strives to achieve outstanding on-going support for these individuals by providing a supportive environment, a mentoring management structure and a well-trained and enthusiastic team of people with a “can-do” attitude.
